Are you seeking support around a problem or relationship. Are you hoping to find some answers from a qualified professional you feel you can trust with your story. Stress Depression & Loneliness can be very isolating.
I felt this way once and I decided to seek help from a professional counsellor. This was a transformative experience for me and sowed the seeds of my decision to train to become a counsellor myself.
I love my work, and I hold deeply the value of truly being present with you and the work we are doing together. A healthy counselling relationship builds a safe and secure foundation for the work whilst also presenting challenge and opportunity for insight and growth.

In my view It is vitally important to treat the underlying causes of -stress, distress, fear, isolation and not belonging. As well as undertaking personal therapy I would always encourage and signpost you to access additional support services.
